Accounts Payable Executive - A Leading Pharmaceutical Company - Pune
Job Summary: A mid-size CA consultancy firm is keen to hire for the role of Accounts Payable Executive for their client, a leading Pharmaceutical Company who will be managing the invoice processing cycle in SAP, including coordination with stakeholders in India and the USA for a subsidiary entity. The selected candidate will be engaged in P2P process, maintaining an Excel tracker of all pending invoices, documenting reasons for non-processing, and ensuring timely follow-up for effective resolution. Adequate training will be given on SAP Modules and P2P process followed by the company. The selected candidate will be under the payroll of CA firm.

Work Location: Bhosari, Pune
Reports To: Finance Controller
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Bill Processing in SAP
• Managing P2P process (procure to pay)
• Tracking all the invoices sent by the USA team
• Weekly Payment run
• Preparing reports related to Bill Processing
• Assisting the team to improve processes

Key Requirements:

• Semi-qualified CA / Graduate with 3+ years of experience in CA firm
• Experience of working in SAP preferred
• Good communication skills as this role involve in interacting with US team
• Good knowledge on Accounts, Finance and Taxation
• Multiple stakeholder management ?

Education: Semi Qualified CA / Graduate
Experience: 3+ years of experience in CA firm
Working days: Monday to Saturday (1st & 3rd will be WFH, 2nd & 4th Saturdays are holiday)
