Mode of Employment: ContractJob description:What You Will Do:Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Outgoing payments: Track and process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures

• Maintain records: Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.

• Verify expense reports: Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements

• Pay vendors and service providers. Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients. Ensure payment credits are applied correctly.

• Correspond with vendors regarding billing and payments.

• Analyse accounts: Generate reports detailing accounts payables status.

• Assist with audits: Understands compliance issues around accounts payable processes. Understand expense accounts and cost centres.

SCOPE OF WORK / DELIVERABLES

• To work closely with vendors and cross-functional business stakeholders to resolve issues and provide information and assistance. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, be familiar with working globally and have excellent interpersonal skills.

• This is an India based role and the candidate must be able to work shifts to align with the Global business and extended hours during busy periods.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Bachelors degree in business or finance preferred

• Experience with Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud, MS Office, and Salesforce

• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar transactional role

• Working knowledge with multi-national operations and public companies
