Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Pune (Purely WFO Role)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for processing invoices, reconciling vendor accounts, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Process invoices, verify accuracy, and obtain necessary approvals. Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies promptly. Ensure timely and accurate payment processing (checks, ACH, wire transfers). Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions. Assist with month-end closing activities and accruals. Monitor and manage AP aging reports, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding balances. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to address invoice and payment-related queries. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and financial regulations. Assist in preparing reports and supporting audits as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. MBA will be a good to have. Minimum 3 years experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role. Willing to work in rotational and night shifts (US Client). Pure WFO with no possibility of remote or hybrid working. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Knowledge of US tax regulations and financial compliance. Familiarity with ERP systems and automated AP processes.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per month
