Job Description
Currently Hiring - AP Process Analyst Qualification MBA or CA / CMA semi-qualified. Desired Experience with 2 - 3 years Prior experience in working/auditing of AP process of Manufacturing entity Knowledge on GST Compliances with respect to AP and Payments process Knowledge in Review and analysis of Bill register Knowledge in Pre-payment validation process Exposure to SAP/Oracle Others Hindi proficiency is must Local language speaking proficiency would be added advantage Candidate should not have exam leave issues. Deployment at client location Handling Accounts payable function by managing the following functions: Receipt function of AP Invoices from Vendors Validation of Invoices with respect to GST compliance - HSN code, GST rate, etc. Invoice and Payments Booking / Accounting support Management of Bill register and pre-payment process Reconciliation with Source Document, Preparation of MIS and Reporting Locations Bangalore, Kolkata, Pune, Bihar, UP Looking for Immediate Joiners**
