What will you contribute?
The Accounts Payable Payment Analyst will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments to vendors and employees. This role involves managing payment runs in NetSuite, initiating transactions through banking portals, and maintaining compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. The position supports the Finance team by safeguarding cash flow integrity and fostering strong vendor relationships.
Responsibilities & Deliverables:
Your deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Payment Processing:

• Set up and execute vendor and employee payments in NetSuite and banking portals.
• Ensure timely processing of scheduled payment runs and urgent payments.

Vendor & Employee Setup:

• Validate and maintain accurate vendor and employee banking details.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and fraud prevention measures during setup.

Reconciliation & Reporting:

• Reconcile payment batches with bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain payment-related reports for internal stakeholders.

Compliance & Controls:

• Adhere to internal controls, SOX compliance, and audit requirements.
• Monitor payment processes for accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

Issue Resolution:

• Investigate and resolve payment-related queries from vendors and employees.
• Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to address discrepancies.

Required Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. 6-8 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Payment Processing.
3. Hands-on experience with NetSuite and banking portals.
4. Strong understanding of payment cycles, compliance, and internal controls.
5. Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
