Job Overview TE Connectivity\'s Distribution & Logistics Teams manage the efficient flow of goods, services and information between point of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements or internal business objectives. They create integrated processes among internal functions such as operations, purchasing and logistics, and outside suppliers. They also focus resources on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through various production processes, and establish key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain planning/forecasting to measure actual performance against goals on a regular basis. Responsibilities Process freight invoices for payment in SAP. Investigating and resolving freight invoices that are on hold for review. Ensure transportation carriers are paid within established payment terms. Strong experience in Reporting. Audit rates and freight invoices for accuracy. Ensure systems are updated with missing and incorrect information. Interface with transportation providers and TE Transportation Associates to resolve invoice discrepancies and communicate payment details. Run and distribute Month end close reports as required Support all financial audit request related to internal and external audit of freight payments. Ensure to work with outsourced partner for FAP Auditing on daily basis & ensure deliverables are met as per defined in SLA\'s & KPI\'s. Drive, monitor & track the performance of Outsourcing partner so that deliverables are in line with expected results. Initiate & drive process improvements by standardizing & defining the process.
