Job Ttile: Accounts Payable Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team. Construction accounting experience is preferred, with
knowledge of vendor invoicing, purchase orders, subcontractor payments, change orders, lien releases, and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the company's accounts payable processes,
including invoice processing, payment disbursements, vendor reconciliations, and financial reporting. This role requires a strong understanding of
construction accounting and excellent communication skills to effectively interact with vendors, internal teams and resolve payment inquiries.

Skills: Experience in Construction Accounting, preferred, Masters or Bachelor's degree in accounting, or similar business degree, Experience in AP and procurement, preferably in the construction industry and Excellent communication

Experience: 2-5 years
