Do You Also Believe People Are a Company's Greatest Asset?Process & post all AP invoices (PO and non-PO) in line with Hempel policies, ensuring accurate cost allocation, VAT codes and coding prior to month-end close. Monitor approvals daily, resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal stakeholders, and maintain up-to-date process documentation. Own AP-GL reconciliation, accruals, currency revaluations and quarterly vendor balance clean-up; provide ad-hoc reports and audit support. Perform regular controls, review vendor statements and payment reminders, and ensure timely settlement of outstanding items. Actively participate in ERP projects, UAT testing, and any other initiatives assigned by management.

What Are We Looking For?University degree in Accounting, Finance or related area Minimum 2 year professional experience on similar position Good command of the English language Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel etc.) Work in accounting system SAP would be an asset
