We are seeking a reliable Accounts & Operations Officer to manage billing, bookkeeping, stock, and day-to-day operations at our store. The ideal candidate will also prepare quotations, track payments & salaries, and present financial/operational data for management.
--- Key Responsibilities
Oversee billing and ensure daily sales reconciliation.
Maintain bookkeeping and accounts records.
Track inventory, stock levels, and prepare reports.
Manage payments, vendor/client dues, and employee salaries.
Draft quotations, compare vendor pricing, and support procurement.
Present operational and financial data to management for decision-making. ---
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in Commerce/Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
1-10 years of experience in accounts, billing, or operations.
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software.
Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
