The duties of an Accounts & Operations Intern include conducting data entry activities, offering administrative support, taking calls, and producing reports and presentations. The Back Office Manager is the boss of the Back Office Executives.

To attend the Calls of Customers.
Working under Tally
Making Quotation in ERP
Orders and Payment Follow Up
Had to deal with higher authoritative and IT Companies
Chasing the Courier Company for the customers not receiving the Product.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar field.
Excellent organizational skills.
Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.
Working knowledge of CRM platforms.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Handling GEM Criteria.
High-level written and verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of financial and accounting software.
Familiarity with market research techniques.
Working:
1. Hours: 10 AM to 07 PM, Days: Monday to Saturday.
