Position description: Responsible for Overall Accounting transactional activities, Monthly review of accounts & to complete assigned work, meet deadlines.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Vendor Bills Processing
• Vendor Statement Reconciliation
• Bank Entries and Reconciliation
• Credit Card Entries and Reconciliation
• Payroll Processing and Payroll Entries
• Preparation of customer invoices and mailing
• AR and Revenue Reconciliation
• Updating Document Checklist, Document Library and Client Reports
• Sales Tax calculation and filing
• Payroll Reconciliation
• Accruals, Prepayments, Deferred Revenue, Depreciation and Month end adjustments
• Internal communication for routine queries and questions
• Review and preparation of financial statements
• Protect confidential details of clients, and follow guide lines of ISO/IEC:27001

Educational qualifications preferred

• Category: Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, Inter CA
• Field specialization: Accounting and Finance, taxation
• Degree: Master of Business Administration - MBA, Chartered Accountancy - CA, Master of Commerce - MCom, Certified Public Accountant -CPA , Bachelor of Commerce with Honours - B.Com(Hons)
