Core Roles and Responsibilities:



Client Relationship Management:

Serving as the main point of contact, building rapport, and ensuring client satisfaction to foster retention.

Strategic Growth & Sales:

Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, managing contract renewals, and developing account plans to grow existing client value.

Communication & Liaison:

Acting as the bridge between clients and internal departments (e.g., product, marketing, support) to ensure needs are understood and met.

Issue Resolution:

Handling complaints and addressing client concerns promptly to maintain a positive, productive partnership.

Reporting & Strategy:

Creating account performance reports, analyzing data to identify trends, and presenting updates to stakeholders.

Project Coordination:

Ensuring timely delivery of products or services that align with client expectations.

Key Skills & Requirements:



Communication & Negotiation:

Excellent verbal and written skills for negotiating contracts and managing client expectations.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to troubleshoot issues and find solutions quickly.

CRM Proficiency:

Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.

Organization:

Strong multitasking skills to manage multiple accounts effectively.

Pay: ?11,900.02 - ?25,000.00 per month
