Job Description

We are looking for a Accounts Officer to join our team Banyan Dental Laboratory. The role involves managing financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Analysis

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

Analyze variances, cost trends, and provide insights to improve profitability.

Manage the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

Statutory Compliance & Internal Controls

Ensure timely statutory filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESI, etc.).

Comply with all Marriott, local, and corporate financial policies.

Monitor internal controls and implement corrective actions when needed.

Coordinate with auditors and ensure clean audit reports.

Revenue Assurance & Cost Control

Monitor daily revenue postings and reconcile with PMS.

Support front office, F&B, and banquet revenue controls.

Identify cost-saving opportunities across departments.

Accounts Payable/Receivable & Cash Flow

Oversee vendor payments, ageing analysis, and credit control.

Ensure timely guest billing and collections.

Manage cash flows, banking operations, and fund allocations.

Qualification:

Bcom, Mcom or MBA with 4 to 8 years exp.

Knowledgeable in Tally.

Candidates only from Industrial manufacturing/Construction industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
