Job Title:

Accounts Executive / Accounts Officer

Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh

Salary:

?15,000 - ?20,000 per month

Position Overview:

We are seeking a

detail-oriented Accounts Executive

to manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily accounting entries in

Tally / Zoho Books

(or relevant software). Maintain records of

sales, purchases, payments, receipts, and expenses

. Prepare and reconcile

bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers

. Assist in preparing

GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances

. Generate

invoices, debit/credit notes

, and manage

petty cash transactions

. Coordinate with

auditors

and support in

finalization of accounts

. Maintain

inventory records

and assist in

stock valuation

. Ensure proper

filing and documentation

of all financial records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

B.Com / M.Com

or equivalent qualification.

1-5 years

of accounting experience (preferably in a manufacturing or trading firm). Proficiency in

Tally ERP / Zoho Books / MS Excel

. Basic knowledge of

GST, TDS, and accounting principles

. Strong

numerical accuracy, attention to detail,

and organizational skills. Good

communication and coordination

abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
