Role Summary:
Responsible for day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, and maintaining accurate MIS to support management decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounting entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor bills, and payment schedules.
Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet schedules, and cash flow statements.
Oversee GST, TDS, and statutory compliance documentation.
Coordinate with auditors and support internal and external audits.
Maintain and update MIS reports covering production, purchases, costing, inventory, and project performance.
Track budgets vs actuals, material consumption, and financial variances.
Provide timely data and reports to management for planning and decision-making.
Work closely with procurement, production, and QC teams to validate data flows.
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all financial and MIS records.
Requirements:
B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification.
2-5 years of experience in accounting and MIS roles.
Proficiency in Tally/Zoho/Odoo or similar ERP systems.
Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic financial statements.
Detail-oriented with discipline in timelines and documentation.
