Job Responsibilities

Accurately enter financial data into the ERP system, including but not limited to invoices, payments, journal entries, and expense reports. Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures. Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proficiency in using ERP software (mention specific software if applicable) and Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
