. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounting operations including reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Monitor cash flow, budgets, and expenses.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
Coordinate with auditors and support during audits.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Support management with financial analysis and MIS reporting.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
Minimum 3 years' experience in
hospitality/casino industry
(mandatory).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial systems.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally/ERP).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
