We are hiring for an automobile dealership/service center in Kochi, seeking candidates to join as Accounts Officers.
Job Summary:
The Accounts Officer manages financial records, processes transactions, and ensures accurate accounting practices to support the financial operations of the service center.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare and maintain financial statements and ledgers.
Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements.
Assist in budgeting and financial reporting.
Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in accounting or finance roles, preferably in the automobile industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., Tally).
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
