We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented
Accounts & Office Coordination Executive
to manage day-to-day
manual accounting activities
and handle
regular office coordination and liaison work
. The ideal candidate should be comfortable maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and coordinating with vendors, banks, and logistics partners.
Accounting & Finance:
Maintain daily accounting records manually (cash book, bank book, vouchers, ledgers, etc.)
Prepare and submit regular reports including:
Outstanding receivables & payables
Party-wise balance statements
Bank balances and bank reconciliation statements
Follow up with customers and vendors for pending payments
Coordinate with banks for routine banking work and documentation
Support basic compliance and accounts-related work as required
Coordination & Liaison:
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
Handle logistics-related coordination such as dispatch documents and follow-ups
Manage day-to-day office liaison with banks, transporters, and local offices
Assist management with administrative and coordination tasks
Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounts and office records
Support smooth day-to-day office operations
Perform any other work assigned related to accounts and office coordination
Good knowledge of basic accounting principles
Experience in manual accounting and report preparation
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations
Good communication and coordination skills
Honest, disciplined, and well-organized personality
Ability to handle multiple tasks independently
