We are having a vast experience with ECIL, All India Radio, Bharat Electronics Ltd, State & Central Government Projects in Installation and commissioning of Masts, Towers, Antenna, Civil works, Mechanical Works, Electrical & Electronics Works etc. and other private projects of Pack Houses, Cold storages, CA Cold Storage, modular cold rooms, large fruits and vegetables cold storage units and many other applications.

Job Title: Accounts & Office Assistant



Shall manage the following roles:



Maintain and organize all business bill records in office files. Record and verify purchase bills, including checking ITC details on the GST Portal. Follow up with vendors regarding any non-GST compliance issues. Coordinate with vendors/contractors for pending bills or payments. Manage petty cash and maintain daily expense records. Assist in financial documentation, including preparing quotations and invoices. Support administrative and operational activities as needed. Proficient in

MS Excel

and

MS Word

. Knowledge of

Tally ERP

will be an added advantage.

Job Location:

Munwarabad, Srinagar, J&K

Education qualification: B.Tech/B.E./Diploma



Experience:



Minimum

1 year of experience

in similar accounting or administrative roles.

Salary: Rs. 12,000/- to 15,000/- per month
