Maintain day-to-day accounting records, including ledger entries, invoicing, and reconciliations.
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Prepare financial statements, profit & loss accounts, and balance sheets.
Process vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and petty cash management.
Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
Monitor cash flow and banking transactions.
MIS (Management Information System):
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
Analyze stock movement, inventory reports, and profitability trends.
Maintain and update databases related to financial and operational data.
Develop dashboards and reports to track store performance.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities.
Provide data insights to improve sales, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
Additional Responsibilities:
Assist in payroll processing and employee salary calculations.
Coordinate with store managers for financial planning and stock audits.
Ensure data accuracy and timely report submissions.
Handle any other financial and MIS-related tasks assigned by management.
Key Skills Required:
? Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
? Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.), and ERP software.
? Experience in handling GST, TDS, and bank reconciliations.
? Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
? Strong communication and coordination skills.
