Maintain day-to-day financial transactions including bookkeeping, ledgers, and bank reconciliation.
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance filings.
Coordinate with auditors for yearly audits.
Maintain petty cash and ensure proper documentation of expenses.
Administration
Manage office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination.
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
Support travel bookings, hotel arrangements, and other administrative logistics.
Handle correspondence, filing, and document management.
Ensure smooth functioning of office equipment and facilities.
Assist management in day-to-day operational tasks.
