Role Overview

We are looking for an

Accounts Manager with strong experience in Zoho Books and e-commerce accounting

to handle end-to-end financial operations for our D2C and marketplace business. The role involves managing

marketplace settlements, MIS, P&L, claims, returns, refunds, compliance, and payroll

, with complete ownership and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Accounting & Settlements

Reconcile

marketplace settlement reports

(Myntra, AJIO, Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.) Track and verify: orders vs payouts commissions and fees penalties and recoveries returns and refunds Raise and follow up on

claims and discrepancies

through marketplace support tickets Ensure timely recovery of short payments
MIS & Financial Reporting

Prepare

daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

Track: revenue commissions logistics costs returns % refunds recoveries Prepare

channel-wise and overall P&L statements

Highlight margin leakage and cost overruns
Books of Accounts (Zoho Books - Mandatory)

Maintain complete books in

Zoho Books

Pass: sales and purchase entries expense entries journal entries debit & credit notes Perform

bank reconciliation (BRS)

Maintain receivables, payables, and ageing
GST & Compliance

Prepare GST data and coordinate filings Generate

e-way bills

Maintain statutory records and compliance schedules
Returns, Refunds & Claims Control

Track

returns and refund status

Maintain return and refund registers Analyze return impact on revenue and P&L Ensure accounting entries are passed correctly for all reversals
Payroll & HR Finance Support

Process and coordinate

payroll

Maintain salary, TDS, and statutory deduction records Handle attendance and leave data for payroll processing
Skills & Requirements

Mandatory hands-on experience with

Zoho Books

Prior experience in

e-commerce / marketplace accounting

Strong understanding of: settlement reconciliation P&L and balance sheet GST and compliance Excellent Excel / Google Sheets skills Experience handling

claims, returns, and refund accounting

High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills Ability to work independently and take ownership
Ideal Candidate

System-driven and analytical Comfortable working with large data and reconciliation Proactive in resolving discrepancies and closing issues Understands the financial flow of an online fashion brand
