Position: Accounts Executive/manager - Debtors / Creditors / Transporter Payments

Location: Zirakpur, Punjab

Salary: - 25,000 to 35,000 per month

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day follow-ups and reconciliations related to debtors, creditors, and transporter payments.

The ideal candidate should be logical, detail-oriented, and proactive in ensuring timely payments and communication.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and reconcile debtor and creditor accounts Follow up for payments and clear outstanding balances Coordinate with sales, logistics, and admin teams for payment-related issues Track transporter bills and ensure timely settlements
Qualifications & Skills:

B.Com / M.Com or equivalent degree. 2-5 years of experience in accounts handling or payment follow-ups. Good knowledge of Excel and basic accounting software (Tally preferred). Strong communication and follow-up skills.
