Job Summary
The Accounts Manager is responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining strong customer relationships, overseeing financial transactions, and ensuring accurate account records. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, monitoring account performance, and ensuring timely billing, collections, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain assigned client or customer accounts
Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients
Serve as the primary point of contact for account-related matters
Prepare, review, and monitor invoices, statements, and account balances
Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on outstanding receivables
Coordinate with sales, finance, and operations teams to meet client needs
Prepare financial reports, account summaries, and forecasts
Resolve billing issues, discrepancies, and client queries promptly
Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth or improvement
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and legal regulations

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
