Jewelbox is a contemporary fine jewellery brand known for craftsmanship, innovation, and trust. We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to lead and strengthen our finance operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic growth.

Role Overview

The Accounts Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations including accounting, taxation, compliance, MIS reporting, and internal controls. This role requires strong domain knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage the finance team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting:

? Manage day-to-day accounting operations in line with company policies.

? Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

? Monitor budgets, variances, and provide actionable insights.

Taxation & Compliance:

? Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.

? Ensure timely filing of returns, audits, and regulatory reporting.

? Liaise with auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.

Internal Controls & Processes:

? Implement strong internal financial controls and checks.

? Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and inventory accounting.

? Optimize financial processes for efficiency and accuracy.

Team & Stakeholder Management:

? Lead and mentor the finance team.

? Work closely with senior management for strategic financial planning.

? Collaborate with sales, procurement, and operations for smooth financial integration.

MIS & Strategic Insights:

? Develop and maintain robust MIS for management decision-making.

? Provide financial forecasts, profitability analysis, and business recommendations.

Key Skills & Competencies

? Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, and compliance.

? Hands-on experience with ERP/Accounting software (Tally, SAP, Zoho, etc.).

? Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

? Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

? Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualification & Experience

? Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost Accountant (CMA) preferred; M.Com/MBA (Finance) can be considered.

? 7-10 years of proven experience in accounting and finance, preferably in retail, jewellery, or luxury industries.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
