Job Description

An accounts manager is a professional responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and addressing their concerns.

Account Growth:

Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services or products to existing clients, driving revenue growth.

Client Advocacy:

Acting as a client advocate within the organization, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed by relevant teams.

Problem Solving:

Addressing client issues and concerns, working with internal teams to find effective solutions and ensure client satisfaction.

Communication:

Effectively communicating with clients and internal teams, providing updates, and ensuring clear and consistent information flow.

Strategic Planning:

Developing and implementing account strategies to achieve client objectives and drive business growth.

Performance Monitoring:

Tracking and analyzing account performance, identifying areas for improvement, and making adjustments to strategies as needed.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
