Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Manager-Finance & Accounts to manage our accounting operations. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting tasks, taxation, audits, GST filing, income tax, TDS filing, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Proficiency in Zoho and Tally is required. Key Responsibilities:

o Day-to-Day Accounting:

o Manage daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.

o Maintain general ledger and perform regular reconciliations.

o Taxation and Compliance:

o Handle GST and income tax filings.

o Manage TDS filings and ensure timely compliance with tax regulations.

o Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations.

Audit and Financial Reporting:

o Prepare for and assist with internal and external audits.

o Generate and analyze financial reports for accuracy and completeness.

Software Proficiency:

o Utilize Zoho and Tally for accounting and financial management tasks.

o Ensure data accuracy and system efficiency in accounting software.

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and audits. Proficiency in Zoho and Tally. Strong knowledge of GST, income tax, and TDS regulations. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
