Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience and a strong grasp of accounting principles, GST & TDS filing, and day-to-day bookkeeping. The role also requires a working knowledge of operational processes and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

? Handle day-to-day accounting activities including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations

? Prepare and file GST returns accurately and on time

? Manage TDS calculations and filings as per statutory requirements

? Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and ensure proper documentation

? Assist in monthly and annual closings and preparation of financial statements

? Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth accounting operations

? Support audits and liaise with external auditors when required

? Generate MIS reports for management review

? Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

Key Requirements:

? Education: MBA in Finance / M.Com / B.Com

? Experience: 3 to 5 years in accounting and finance roles

Skills:

? Strong knowledge of GST & TDS filing

? Good understanding of accounting principles and operational processes

? Proficient in bookkeeping and financial reporting

? Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks)

? Strong MS Excel skills

? Good communication and interpersonal skills

? Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
