Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing accounts, contributing to sales targets, and maximizing revenue generation.
Account Planning and Strategy:
Developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve specific goals, such as increased sales, customer retention, and profitability.
Coordination and Communication:
Coordinating with internal teams (sales, marketing, production, etc.) to ensure client needs are met, projects are delivered on time, and communication is clear and consistent.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Monitoring account performance, analyzing key metrics, and preparing regular reports for both clients and internal stakeholders.
Problem Solving and Issue Resolution:
Addressing client concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction with products, services, and support.
Contract Management and Negotiation:
Managing contract renewals, negotiating agreements, and ensuring compliance with contract terms.
