Position Overview



We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Manager with strong experience in Commercial Real Estate. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end documentation, property transaction accounts, statutory compliance, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Experience



Min 8 years of relevant experience in Commercial Real Estate or property accounting. Proven expertise in handling property transaction documentation and financial coordination. Experience working with government departments for registrations, approvals, and statutory requirements.

Education



Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Additional certifications in accounting or real estate documentation are an advantage.

Skills Required



Strong knowledge of Sale Deeds, Lease Deeds, and property-related documentation including JDAs, Mortgage Deeds, etc.. Proficiency in accounts receivable/payable, general ledger, and TDS/GST compliance. Ability to prepare and maintain property-wise financial statements and documentation. Strong understanding of invoicing, reconciliation, MIS reporting, and budgeting. Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills. High attention to detail with a strong compliance and documentation mindset. Proficiency in MS Office, accounting software, and digital document management.

Job Role & Responsibilities



Draft, coordinate, and execute all Sale Deeds, Lease Deeds, and related financial documentation. Manage accounting operations linked to property transactions, including invoicing, reconciliation, and compliance. Liaise with legal teams and government departments for registrations, approvals, and statutory processes. Maintain accurate records of agreements, accounts, and documentation. Prepare MIS reports, monitor budgets, and support audits. Ensure all documentation and accounting activities meet legal and organizational standards.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
