Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including AP/AR, general ledger, payroll, and bank reconciliations. Prepare and review financial statements, P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as TDS, GST, Income Tax, etc. Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of the company. Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and other financial institutions as needed. Develop internal controls, accounting policies, and best practices for financial operations. Support management with data-driven financial insights for strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CA Inter, MBA Finance, or other higher qualifications in accounting preferred. Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, taxation laws, and compliance.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in accounting software like Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and team management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
