Job Summary:



The Accounts Manager oversees all accounting and financial operations within the automobile dealership or service center. They are responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with statutory requirements, managing budgets, and supporting overall business decisions with financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. Prepare financial statements, profit & loss accounts, balance sheets, and monthly MIS reports. Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund requirements. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements. Coordinate with internal and external auditors for periodic audits. Supervise billing, invoicing, and collections processes from customers and financiers. Maintain control over expenses, vendor payments, and asset management. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports. Collaborate with sales, service, and spare parts departments for financial planning. Handle banking transactions, loans, and liaise with financial institutions. Maintain and update dealership accounting systems and software (e.g., Tally, DMS).

Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com / MBA / CA Inter preferred). 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the automobile sector. Strong knowledge of taxation, dealership accounting processes, and financial regulations. Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally ERP, Auto DMS, or similar tools. Analytical thinking with attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage a small team of accountants and coordinate across departments.

Timeliness and accuracy of financial reporting. Statutory compliance score. Reduction in outstanding receivables. Budget adherence and cost control. Audit findings and corrective actions taken.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
