Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Accounts Manager

with a strong background in

Trading, Warehouse Management, and Logistics

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring compliance, managing inventory and logistics-related accounts, and providing strategic insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee

end-to-end accounting operations

including AP, AR, reconciliations, and general ledger. Manage

accounting processes for trading activities

, including purchase, sales, stock movement, and margin tracking. Implement and monitor

inventory accounting, warehouse stock audits, and valuation of goods

. Handle

logistics-related accounting

such as freight, customs duty, transportation charges, and vendor payments. Ensure compliance with

GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements

. Prepare and review

MIS reports, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements

. Monitor

cost efficiency in warehousing and logistics operations

, suggesting improvements. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure

timely financial entries and stock accuracy

. Lead and mentor the accounts team for smooth operations. Liaise with auditors, banks, and financial institutions. Implement and optimize

ERP/Accounting systems

for trading and logistics.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in

Commerce, Accounting, or Finance

(CA/ICWA preferred).

3-6 years of experience

in accounting, with at least

3 years in trading, warehouse management, or logistics sector

. Strong understanding of

trading margins, stock valuation, landed cost calculations, and logistics accounting

. Hands-on experience with

ERP/Accounting software (Zoho Books, Tally, SAP, or similar)

. Good knowledge of

taxation, compliance, and statutory filings

. Proven ability to

lead a team

and coordinate with cross-functional departments. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience in

international trading and import/export documentation

. Knowledge of

supply chain finance and working capital management

. Exposure to

Zoho Finance Suite or advanced ERP platforms

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
