Job Description

Accounting Manager (Finance Role) - Key Responsibilities:

Financial Operations:

Oversee daily accounting, and Financial Operations.

Reporting & Compliance:

Prepare financial statements, ensure Tax/GST compliance, and manage audits.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

Team Leadership:

Supervise accounting staff and improve financial processes.

Financial Control:

Implement internal controls and reconcile accounts.
Common Requirements for Account Managers:

Experience in client services/account management. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Customer-focused and strategic mindset. Proficiency in accounting Software and MS Office. Musta have experience in Retails Wholesales or related field.
Common Requirements for Accounting Managers in India:

Experience in accounting, often 6+ years. MBA Degree in Accounting/Finance or CA Inter preferred. Strong Excel skills and knowledge of accounting principles. Familiarity with accounting software.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
