., an authorized TATA Passenger Car Dealership, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Accounts Manager to handle end-to-end accounting operations across Sales, Service, and Spares departments. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of dealership accounting, statutory compliance, and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee complete accounting operations for Vehicle Sales, Service Workshop, and Spare Parts Manage day-to-day accounts, cash & bank transactions, and reconciliation Ensure accurate GST compliance (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation, returns & audits) Handle TDS compliance, payments, and filings Monitor accounts receivable & payable, customer outstanding, and vendor payments Coordinate with banks for loan disbursement, receipts, and reconciliations Supervise stock accounting for vehicles, spares, and consumables Prepare monthly MIS reports, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements Ensure compliance with TATA Motors accounting & audit requirements Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and tax consultants Lead and manage the accounts team, ensuring accuracy and timely closure Ensure proper documentation, internal controls, and audit readiness
