About the Role


We're seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Manager with a background in accounting and strong organisational skills. The ideal candidate will handle daily financial operations, manage invoices and reconciliations, and ensure all accounting records are accurate and up to date.

Key Expectation


The Accounts Manager will ensure the smooth and accurate financial functioning of the organisation by managing daily transactions with travellers and within the internal team, maintaining clean books of accounts, and preparing essential financial reports. This role requires strong attention to detail, consistency in documentation, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely payments, reconciliations, and compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.

Role Nature


This is a precision-driven and responsibility-heavy role, ideal for someone who thrives in structured processes, financial accuracy, and problem-solving. The Accounts Manager plays a crucial part in sustaining the company's financial health -- from recording every transaction correctly to preparing balance sheets and supporting tax-related activities.

Key Responsibilities


Record and reconcile daily cash, online and credit card transactions
Tally and file invoices accurately and promptly
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to track payments and resolve discrepancies
Prepare and maintain balance sheets and P&L statements, assist with tax audits, and support general ledger entries
Compile and file GST returns, TCS & TDS returns, income tax returns, and generate monthly financial statements

Key Requirements


Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field
Minimum 1 year of accounting experience (travel industry experience is a plus)
Proficiency in Zoho Books and other ERPs
Proficiency in using Excel and Google sheets in maintaining data
Strong numerical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Other important things to note


We are considering Coimbatore-based candidates only.
This is a work-from-office position, and a daily commute to the office is required.
The starting salary is ?20,000 - ₹25,000 per month, and may vary depending on experience and skill level.
