Accounts Manager / Finance Controller

We are looking for a

sharp and detail-driven Accounts Manager

who can closely monitor and present the company's financial health through accurate reporting and timely insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain end-to-end

bookkeeping and accounts

with high accuracy Prepare

regular financial reports, snapshots, and dashboards

reflecting business performance Track

cash flow, expenses, margins, vendor ledger and working capital

Build and manage

Excel-based financial models, MIS, and reconciliations

Provide

actionable financial insights

to support key business decisions Ensure decisions are taken with

minimal financial risk

and long-term sustainability in mind

What We're Looking For:

Strong expertise in

Excel and financial analysis

Solid understanding of

business finance, cost control, and profitability

Hands-on experience in

bookkeeping and MIS reporting

Ability to translate numbers into

clear insights for management

Proactive mindset with attention to detail and ownership
This role goes beyond routine accounting -- we're looking for someone who can act as a

financial sounding board

and help safeguard the company's financial health while supporting growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
