we are hiring for

Industrial products suppliers company

1.Verifying daily AR and AP ledgers & post in ERP software

2.Payment follow up with Customers as a top most priority

3.Post received receivables daily in ERP software & reconcile it

4.Get statement of accounts from customers & reconcile it regularly

5.Post advance payments to vendors properly in ERP software & release it on time.

6.Maintain a AP tracker & process vendor credit payments as per the due date

7.Daily G -Pay payments for any urgent purchases, freight ,loading, unloading etc..

8.Check PO's to the suppliers & supervise for any mistakes or issues

9.Check & supervise SO's posted in ERP software & identify any margin errors

10.Generate statement of accounts to the vendors & reconcile daily/weekly

11.Daily BRS ,GL, Fund health check, Stock check etc..

12.Maintain good relationship with customers , suppliers, internal colleagues & management

13.Submit data & coordinate with auditors office monthly for on time GSTR1 & GSTR3B filing.

14.Sumit Weekly & Monthly Finance MIS reports to management

15.Process monthly salary in payroll software to all employees & management on time

16.Daily Follow up for DTA forms from Customers to claim GST refund.

17.Prepare & submit GST refund data in the standard excel template with DTA form & original purchase & sales bills to the auditor office.

This is the second top priority

18.Act as an Incharge for ERP Software (ODOO) & work for any improvements required

19.Coordinate with auditors office for GST,IT Filing, Year end P&L etc..

20.Be Proactive rather than reactive , effective communication, fund planning, helping to improve profit & cash flow.

21.Act as a finance advisor & guide MD.
