Candidate must have at least 8 years of experience as a
Senior Accountant in manufacturing company.
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations
including AP, AR, General Ledger, and bank reconciliation.
Ensure accurate posting of all transactions
in ERP/Tally/SAP as per accounting standards.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
such as P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
Prepare MIS reports and variance analysis
against budgets, including cost center and product-wise profitability.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, Professional Tax
and file all returns on time.
Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors
and ensure timely audit completion.
Prepare and monitor annual budgets
, including cost control for production, manpower, and overhead expenses.
Monitor inventory valuation
, WIP, finished goods, and scrap; ensure proper consumption and stock accuracy.
Identify cost-saving opportunities
and implement process improvements across departments.
Manage daily and weekly cash flow
, including working capital, CC/OD limits, and fund management.
Liaise with banks
for LC, BG, loan documentation, and credit facilities.
Oversee vendor invoice verification, POs, GRNs
, and ensure timely vendor payments and reconciliation.
Monitor customer outstanding, credit control, and payment follow-up
to maintain healthy cash inflow.
Ensure strong internal financial controls
, maintain fixed asset register, depreciation, and documentation accuracy.
Strengthen and enforce SOPs
related to procurement, production, accounts, and stores, including month-end & year-end closing.
Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
Preferably
CA / CMA Inter / Fully Qualified

Experience
Minimum 12-15 years
of experience in Accounts & Finance
At least
8+ years in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory control, and production finance
Technical Skills
Hands-on experience with
Tally ERP / SAP / Oracle / ERP systems
Strong knowledge of
GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance
Proficiency in Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, MIS reports)
Soft Skills
Proven work experience as a Financial Accountant or similar role
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
In-depth understanding of business bookkeeping procedures
Solid knowledge of accounting regulations
Excellent math skills with an attention to detail
Time-management abilities
