Key Responsibilities:

Handle all day-to-day accounting operations of the company. Coordinate with banks for transactions, reconciliations, and financial documentation. Prepare and manage customer invoices and ensure timely payments. Maintain records of receipts, expenses, and general ledgers. Monitor accounts payable and receivable. Assist in preparing financial reports and statements. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulation accounting standards and company policies. Liaise with auditors, customers, and vendors as needed. Support management with cash flow planning and financial insights.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3-6 years of experience in accounting or financial management (manufacturing industry preferred). Strong knowledge of Tally / MS Excel / accounting software. Good communication and coordination skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines with ability to manage people.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: ?25,000 - ?35,000 per month (based on experience; negotiable). Friendly and professional work environment. Opportunity for career growth within the company.
