Key Responsibilities
Manage
Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Flow
.
Prepare and review
Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statements
.
Ensure
TDS and GST compliance
, including returns and payments.
Conduct
audits, reconciliations, and year-end closing activities
.
Coordinate
financial statement preparation and audit support
.
Implement and maintain
accounting policies and procedures
.
Lead and mentor the accounts team for smooth operations.
Requirements
10+ years of experience
in Accounts & Finance (Managerial role preferred).
CMA Intermediate
or
Postgraduate degree
in Accounts & Finance.
Strong knowledge of
accounting standards and regulatory compliance
.
Experience in
AP/AR, GST, TDS, reconciliation, auditing, and finalization
.
Excellent
leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
.
Preferred Age:
40-45 years.
