Financial Planning & Analysis

Forecasting & Budgeting:
Develop long-range financial plans, create company budgets, and forecast future financial performance to guide organizational objectives.

Financial Analysis:
Analyze financial data, statements, and market trends to evaluate the company's financial health, identify risks, and find opportunities for cost reduction and profit maximization.

Cash Flow Management:
Monitor incoming and outgoing cash to ensure adequate cash flow and prevent shortfalls.

Financial Reporting & Compliance

Statement Preparation:
Oversee the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements.

Audits & Compliance:
Coordinate and liaise with auditors, and ensure the company complies with financial regulations and internal policies.

Record Keeping:
Establish and maintain accurate fiscal records and files to document all financial transactions.

Strategic Guidance & Leadership

Strategic Planning:
Formulate long-term business plans and advise senior management on strategic financial matters to aid in decision-making.

Cost & Profit Optimization:
Identify cost-reduction opportunities and develop strategies to improve profitability and shareholder wealth.

Team Supervision:
Oversee the finance and accounting department, including supervising staff and assigning projects to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
