. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting the company's overall financial operations. This role requires strong knowledge of taxation, accounting standards, and real estate/construction finance practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounts and financial records using accounting software (Tally ERP, Excel, etc.).
Prepare and manage invoices, receipts, payments, vouchers, and ledgers.
Handle TDS filing (mandatory requirement), Form 16/16A/26AS preparation, and ensure timely monthly payments and filing.
Manage
GST returns for multiple entities
, including reconciliation and timely filing.
Oversee accounts receivable and payable, ensuring customer/vendor payment tracking.
Handle project-wise cost tracking and maintain accurate payment schedules.
Manage bank reconciliation, petty cash, and ledger maintenance.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS/financial reports for management.
Ensure proper documentation and safe record-keeping of all financial transactions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or CA Inter (preferred).
4 - 10 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or construction companies.
Proven expertise in TDS filing (compulsory) and GST filing for multiple entities
Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting principles.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory compliance.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical ability, and time management skills.
Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
