Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including receivables, payables, and project-wise expenses.
Handle
Property TDS (Tax Deducted at Source)
compliance and ensure timely payments and filings.
Maintain and reconcile accounts related to customers, vendors, and contractors.
Oversee billing, collection, and follow-up for customer receivables.
Ensure timely vendor payments and proper documentation.
Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and project financial updates for management.
Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and statutory authorities.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and real estate-specific regulations.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of
Property TDS, Receivables & Payables
in real estate projects.
Good understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/ERP) and MS Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance.
5+ years of experience in Accounts, preferably in the
real estate/construction industry
