to oversee the financial operations of XS Trading. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing daily accounting tasks, and ensuring compliance with tax and statutory regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
GST billing and ensure application of correct slab rates
Perform
daily accounting activities
including invoicing, payment entries, reconciliation, and expense management
Manage and
reconcile bank statements
regularly
Process and file
TDS and TCS
returns on time
Maintain and submit
ESI and PF
contributions
Proficiently use
accounting software
like
Tally, Zoho Books
, etc.
Prepare and manage
petty cash transactions
and ensure proper documentation
Deposit daily collections and handle other
banking operations
efficiently
Maintain and update
Excel sheets
, use functions like VLOOKUP, PivotTables, etc. for analysis
Coordinate with auditors and management for monthly and annual closings
Supervise and manage
work/task management systems
related to accounts
Understand and classify expenses under correct
industry categories
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth financial workflows
Flexibility in
