Job Title : "Accounts Manager"

Maintain records of vouchers, invoices, payments, etc


Handling day-to-day accounting


Matching the commission statement with MIS & Preparing invoices and following up for pending payments


Handling all banking related works


Communicating with Insurance Companies for payments.


Coordinating with outsourced agencies for remittances through Internet banking and keeping track of them


Reconciliation of GST with the books and coordination with the outsourced agency for making GSTR 1 & 3B


Periodic Reconciliation of 26AS.


Coordinating the auditors for Finalizing accounts, assisting in audits, maintaining ledger, maintaining account of
ixed assets, and conducting all other accounting activities


Handling petty cash statements from various branches and making book entries accordingly


Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws

Requirement :


Bachelor's/Masters degree in accounting or its equivalent


Experience in service sector will be an added advantage

Minimum 3 years of experience as an accountant


Knowledge of accounting and taxation laws and keeping abreast of the changes


Excellent record-keeping and accounting skills with high ethics


Good team player


Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships


Organizational and time-management skills

Special Requirements :-


Must be ready for exponential learning with a senior and experienced Professional.


Must possess complete working knowledge of computers and should be ready to work in IT enabled environment.


Must be willing to undertake work related travel within the city.

CTC: 4.5 Lakh per annum
