Key responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
Understand clients' business needs, objectives, and pain points; translate them into appropriate solutions.
Develop and present account plans, including objectives, timelines, and success metrics.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance, operations, product, support) to fulfill client requirements and resolve issues.
Monitor and report on key account metrics (revenue, profitability, usage, renewal risk, satisfied NPS).
Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities; negotiate contracts and terms where appropriate.
Prepare and present regular business reviews to clients and internal stakeholders.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations; monitor credit risk and collections as needed.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings, pricing, and competitive landscape.
Manage risk by escalating issues, proposing mitigations, and ensuring compliance with policies.
