Key Responsibilities- Accounts Manager

Oversee the overall functioning of the Accounts and Finance Department.
Ensure timely preparation and accuracy of financial statements, MIS reports, and statutory filings.
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
Lead and mentor the finance team for efficient performance and professional growth.
Manage internal controls and risk assessment processes.
Monitor cash flow, fund management, and banking operations.
Required Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant (CA) - Preferably
Minimum 12-15 years of post-qualification experience.
At least 5 years in a leadership role as the Head of Accounts/Finance in a reputed company.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
