8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance Salary
Up to 8 LPA (Based on experience and skill set) Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end accounting operations of the company
Handle GST compliance including returns, reconciliations, and filings
Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and filings
Prepare and finalize Trial Balance, P&L, and Balance Sheet
Ensure accuracy in books of accounts and statutory compliance
Work extensively on Tally for accounting and reporting
Supervise and guide the accounts team
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and statutory authorities
Ensure timely month-end and year-end closures
Maintain financial records as per company and statutory requirements Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience in Tally
Thorough knowledge of GST filing, TDS filing, and Trial Balance
Good understanding of Indian accounting standards and compliance
Team handling and leadership skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Good communication and coordination skills Eligibility
